Black Widow: 7 reasons you should still be excited despite the delays
By Mark Lynch
Possible cameos
There have been a ton of rumors about who’s going to appear in Black Widow. Among the most obvious choices would be Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson. They’re almost sure bets, right. Since Natasha joins them before Avengers: Endgame, you would think this would show how they got in contact with each other. There’s also the rumor that we could see Tony Stark pop up as well.
Cinemablend.com reported that Robert Downey Jr. said in an interview in regards to his potential role in the movie:
"“I mean, it would be nice if they notified me. Forewarned is forearmed. They can do anything now. This could be a deep fake interview for all we know.”"
We know that exactly an answer. Robert Downey Jr. is charismatic enough to say everything and nothing at all. But if he does show up, the theaters will be full of smiles.
Surprises
There is a lot that could happen in Black Widow and we’ve all heard the rumors. There’s obviously the desire for mutants but there is also the Red Hulk rumor as well. William Hurt will return as Thaddeus Ross. Will this be a flashback to right after Captain America: Civil War or is this when he becomes the thing he’s always hated? If that happens, does this mean we’ll see Advanced Idea Mechanics (A.I.M.)?
Who knows what Marvel Studios has planned? Let’s not forget that Marvel has been working on this movie for a long time now. There are things that could happen that no one could see coming. No matter what happens, everyone should still be pumped to see Black Widow on the big screen (or on Disney Plus if you’d prefer)!
