This Friday, a new episode of Star Wars: The Bad Batch arrives on Disney Plus. The animated Star Wars series has been thrilling fans of the franchise since it began back in May and now it returns with another new installment.
The TV series first made its presence felt on the service back on Star Wars Day, landing on the Tuesday May 4. It then began adding new episodes to the service each Friday.
In fact, Star Wars: The Bad Batch might be one of the last TV shows to premiere on Disney Plus on Fridays. It was just recently revealed that the streaming platform would be moving all of its upcoming original content to Wednesdays going forward.
One of the reasons for that is the success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe series Loki – which, ironically, was supposed to premiere on the service on Fridays (like its predecessors) but was ultimately moved as it clashed with The Bad Batch and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
The most recent episode of the show saw The Bad Batch attempt to pay off their debt to Cid by doing a big job for her. However, things in that episode didn’t exactly run smoothly for the team.
