Superman and Lois season 1, episode 12 release date: When does the show return from hiatus?

Superman and Lois will be taking another extended hiatus from The CW. When does it return to screens?

Superman and Lois has undoubtedly been a TV highlight this year. Not only did the Arrowverse show give Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch’s highly-underrated interpretations of Superman and Lois Lane the spotlight they deserve, it has delivered a storyline for the pair unlike anything else we have ever seen on-screen.

The show has always been a compelling one but it has really upped the ante in recent weeks, pulling out shocker after shocker and backing it up with some excellently-paced storytelling. This has earned it even more applause from fans that have been watching eagerly for the mysteries behind Morgan Edge and The Stranger to unravel themselves. And, as recent episodes have proven, there is still a lot of the former mystery left to solve.

Unfortunately, it seems that it will be sometime until Superman & Lois allows us to solve said mystery as the show will be taking a hiatus from screens.

When does Superman and Lois return to The CW?

Superman and Lois returns to The CW on Tuesday, July 13, at 9:00 p.m. ET. The title of the upcoming twelfth episode has yet to be revealed and it’s not yet known what the episode will be about (however the brand new trailer does give us an idea of what to expect from the season’s remaining four episodes).

With just four episodes of the first season left, it’s highly likely that they will be spent building towards a conclusion of Morgan Edge’s master plan (whatever that may be). With Superman having solar-flared to save the Smallville residents from the Kryptonians that shared their body, is the rest of the town in danger?
