Erik Lensherr’s life started with tragedy as a child in a concentration camp. When Erik’s powers started to develop, Sebastian Shaw killed his mother in front of him to test them. When he escaped, Erik went searching for Shaw. He eventually found and killed him in a way that hasn’t been repeated.
Not only did he get Erik revenge, he did it like Magento would in the comics. With a lot of drama. He made certain to kill him with the same coin that decided his mother’s fate. He slowly counted down and moved the coin through Shaw’s head. This was the exact moment where Erik Lensherr became Magneto in more than name.

Comic book movie: Guardians of the Galaxy
The Guardians of the Galaxy were on their way to losing Xandar. Ronan had the Power Stone and was prepared to destroy the world. Right as he ends his speech, Rona hears the soft vocals of Peter Quill. Ronan turns and sees him dancing. The confusion kept Ronan distracted long enough for Rocket to get the jump on him.
This will remain one of the funniest moments in the MCU. It was so random. The only reaction is to laugh. That or stare confused as Gamora did. Ronan not knowing how to respond was on par with the character. He was so annoyed by what was going on that he lost focus. If Peter attacked him, he would have been killed. Quick thinking by Star-Lord saved the day.
