3. Ra’s al Ghul returns

Comic book: Batman No. 109

Connor Hawke was ordered to fight Robin/Damian Wayne – a fight that ends with Robin being defeated. Since there are rules against killing at night, Hawke threw Robin off a cliff – something that would not have killed him. Instead, it would leave him in pain and at a disadvantage during his next match.

Luckily, someone swooped in and saved Robin. It may have looked like Batman, but it was actually Damian’s grandfather Ra’s al Ghul.

2. The Stepford Cuckoos have a secret

Comic book: Marauders No. 21

Wilhelmina Kensington is just a child. She’s brutal, ruthless, and mutant-hating, but still a child. Apparently, there are things about herself that she doesn’t know. During the Hellfire Gala, the Stepford Cuckoos started to feel bad for her and decided to let her remember them.

What does she remember? We don’t know. This writer believes she’s probably another one of Emma Frost’s artificially born and aged clones. Could that be the case? We’ll have to wait and see.

1. Joker didn’t start the (Arkham) fire

Comic book: Joker No. 4

While The Joker had Commissioner Gordon tied up, he told him that he didn’t cause the catastrophe in Arkham Asylum. Though the iconic DC commissioner didn’t believe him at first, the Clown Prince of Crime makes a good point.

The Joker asks when has he ever committed a crime like that and not left something behind to confirm that he did it. He then goes on to say that someone got a whiff of what he has planned for Gotham and Batman and got scared by it. If Joker War was just the warm up act, then what’s next will undoubtedly be horrific.
