Loki: 5 best moments from “The Nexus Event”

Loki and Sylvie are reunited with the TVA, but their capture is only the first part of an insane episode.
At the conclusion of Loki‘s third episode, it seemed all hope was lost for the titular God of Mischief and newcomer Sylvie. The pair were trying to escape the impending doom and destruction of Lamentis in the year 2077, however their only means of escape was destroyed.
Considering it was only the third episode of this Disney Plus series, it was evident that the pair were going to escape their fate with their unlikely rescuers being the TVA. The capture of the pair led to a number of great moments and quite the progression of the storyline, with both Mobius and Hunter B-15 receiving some solid character development.
Both Loki and Sylvie discover they have a connection, as the pair are put into their own respective prisons to stew before being sent to their executions. And among the installment’s great moments were some emotional scenes between Mobius and Loki, Sylvie discovering something about the Time-Keepers and a surprising cameo from a fan-favourite Thor character.
“The Nexus Event” is the strongest episode of the series yet, with a number of story beats and scenes that are going to shake up the rest of the series, keeping viewers hooked right up to the very last seconds of the episode.
