Although we’d have loved the chance to see Stan Lee appear in Black Widow, the film was shot after his death in November 2018 meaning Lee does not have a cameo in Black Widow.

What was Stan Lee’s last MCU cameo?

Stan Lee’s final cameo in the MCU came in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame. The appearance was filmed sometime before his passing in November 2018 and marked the final time fans had the pleasure of seeing Lee drop in for a fun cameo.
