Legends of Tomorrow season 6, episode 11 release date: When does the show return from hiatus?
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow season 6 will be taking another brief hiatus from screens. When does it return?
Legends of Tomorrow‘s sixth season wasted little time bringing the long-running show back to the forefront of fans’ lives. This time, it did so by pitting the time-travelling band of outcasts and misfits against one threat very few of the Arrowverse‘s heroes (outside of Supergirl and Superman) have faced: Aliens.
The Legends faced off against a multitude of aliens throughout season 6 after one of them, a fearsome creature named Kayla, took White Canary Sara Lance prisoner aboard her spaceship. In her attempts to break free, Sara accidentally released a horde of aliens into the timeline, meaning that they are scattered across space and time.
Recent episodes have seen the crew discover that Sara is now an alien/human/hybrid clone after her run-in with the odd Bishop and now they must all work together to figure out how to stop the aliens. Mick, meanwhile, discovered that he was pregnant with Kayla’s, uh, eggs and original Zari returned after Zari 2.0. volunteered to spend some time in the totem in her place.
The most recent episode once again took things to the extreme as John Constantine and Spooner came into some conflict during their quest to find the Fountain of Imperium. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait a little longer for the outcome as the show will be taking another brief hiatus from screens.
When does Legends of Tomorrow season 6 return to The CW?
Legends of Tomorrow season 6 returns to The CW on Sunday, August 8. The returning episode will be titled “The Final Frame” and while not much is known about it yet, it will be directed by co-captain Ava Sharpe herself as Jes Macallan steps behind the camera.
