Superman and Lois season 1, episode 14 release date: When does the show return from hiatus?

Superman and Lois will be taking another temporary hiatus from The CW. Here’s when it will return.

It’s time for Superman & Lois to fly off our screens again. The CW’s smash-hit series will be taking one more brief hiatus before the first season concludes as it will depart our screens for a little while.

The show has been a regular part of Arrowverse, DC and TV fans’ lives since it premiered in February. It has told the story of how Clark Kent and Lois Lane are living very different lives than they were before Crisis On Infinite Earths as their baby son, Jonathan, suddenly became two teenage boys (Jonathan and Jordan).

Originally focusing on how the super parents were juggling work, heroics and raising their children, it has escalated very quickly as a move back to Smallville brought them into the crosshairs of Morgan Edge – who we now know is so much more dangerous than we initially thought.

With the season finale in sight, the show will be taking one more hiatus from screens. The question is: When will it be back?

When does Superman and Lois return to The CW?

Superman and Lois returns to The CW on Tuesday, August 10, at 9:00 p.m. ET. The title of the upcoming fourteenth episode is “The Eradicator” and while the plot has been kept under wraps, it certainly has something to do with the entity that Edge has been using.

And after the most recent episode’s cliffhanger ending, you can rest assured that the next installment will be a monumental one – especially as it’s the first season’s penultimate episode.

With two episodes of the season left to go, Clark, Lois, Jonathan, Jordan, General Sam Lane, John Henry Irons and the rest of the heroes will no doubt be pulling out all the stops to save Smallville – and indeed, the world – from Edge’s master plan.

We’ll find out what awaits the Kent family and their super friends in August when the show will be paired with the second season of DC’s Stargirl (which will now occupy The Flash‘s 8 pm slot).
