Comic book: Avengers No. 46

The beginning of this issue comes out of nowhere. We know that Gorilla Man is working with Dracula (Avengers No. 19). In order to have his curse removed, Gorilla Man let the Winter Guard into Avengers Mountain. The Winter Guard succeeds in temporarily disabling Avengers Mountain and defeating the Avengers. This was all to capture She-Hulk to put her on trial.

We find out that Gorilla Man knows that Ursa Major is working for T’Challa. Unfortunately, so does the Winter Guard. They take She-Hulk, but not before killing Ursa Major for betraying them. They left Gorilla Man alive to live with his shame.

Why is this important?

She-Hulk isn’t just on trial. It appears that the Winter Guard is trying to make her their own. In the video above, you can see She-Hulk with Red Skin and blonde hair. This isn’t just a new color scheme. This is the Winter Guard and Russia changing her personality as well as her physical appearance.

She-Hulk’s powers and strength have increased. She can let out giant and deadly bursts of gamma energy. Something that her cousin (Hulk) can’t do. We may see a She-Hulk (or Winter Hulk) that isn’t held back by morals. How will the Avengers fight a friend with this kind of power who won’t hold back?
