This Tuesday, Superman and Lois returns with a new episode. In fact, it returns with a major episode as the show airs its season 1 finale, concluding the current Tal-Rho storyline and setting up the next season’s one.
Superman and Lois has enjoyed what is perhaps the best-received debut season of any Arrowverse series. Set after the events of Crisis On Infinite Earths, the Supergirl spin-off focuses on the already-introduced versions of Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois Lane (Elizabeth “Bitsie” Tulloch).

Picking up at a time when life isn’t going their way, the show moves the Kents back to Smallville for a fresh start but in doing so opens up a series of other issues for the family. That includes the arrival of Tal-Rho and his attempt to bring sentient and dominating Kryptonians to Earth.
After last week’s shocking cliffhanger saw Jordan’s body taken over by Tal-Rho’s father Zeta, Rho-turned-Eradicator seeks to complete their plan using one of the Fam of Steel’s own to make it happen. Can Clark and Lois save their son from Tal-Rho and stop him from pulling off his plan? The finale will have the answers.
