Has Cosmic Ghost Rider been in a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie?

We’ve seen Rank Castle and Ghost Rider in individual movies and on TV shows. What we haven’t seen in the combination of the two. After finally dying during the hero’s last battle against Thanos, Frank Castle went to Hell. He signed a contract with Mephisto and was given the power of the Ghost Rider.

After returning to Earth, there was no one left to punish. Thanos was gone and Earth was destroyed. Frank was alone for countless years until Galactus came and made him his herald. This gave him the Power Cosmic on top of his Ghost Rider abilities. Later, Ghost Rider’s boss was killed by Thanos. Ghost Rider worked with the Mad Titan as one of the last beings in the universe until he was killed by the Silver Surfer who was wielding Mjolnir.

As if Frank Castle isn’t dangerous enough, he was given the Power Cosmic and made into a Ghost Rider. This is a guy who once tricked the entire Avengers team (Punisher: Enter The War Zone). Since this is a being of pure power, this should be a one-off. Someone the Guardians of the Galaxy could fight after he comes through one of the rips in the multiverse. Let him come in, wreck things, get defeated or team up with the heroes, and ride off into space.
