27 best Marvel characters that have never appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe

Has Silver Surfer been in a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie?
Norrin Radd was just a regular guy on an advanced planet until Galactus showed up. Norrin offered to become his herald and find more planets for him to eat if he spared his home planet, Zenn-La. Galactus agreed to Norrin’s terms. On that day, Norrin became Galactus’ most famous (or infamous) herald, the Silver Surfer.
The Surfer may be looked at as a hero, but he’s not innocent. He’s found an untold amount of planets for Galactus to devour. That means he’s responsible for the death of billions of beings. Eventually, the Surfer came to Earth. If not for Alicia Masters, the Surfer would have stayed with Galactus and Earth may have been devoured by the world-eating god.
Surfer goes back and forth with Galactus. Sometimes he’s by his side and other times he’s battling him. This time around, he’s finding planets that “deserve” to be eaten. Making the process of feeding Galactus less harmful.
To some, the Silver Surfer seems boring. He’s monotone whenever he’s voiced and his powers aren’t defined. Whenever asked, the answer is it’s just how the Power Cosmic works. On the plus side, he flies throughout the galaxy seeing beautiful and interesting beings and planets. If Surfer was to get his own movie, it should follow his adventures with Dawn Greenwood. It’s where Norrin Radd shines as a hero and a compassionate person.
