Has Red Hulk been in a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie?

General Thaddeus, “Thunderbolt” Ross has hated Bruce Banner since he started dating his daughter Betty. That hatred amplified when Bruce became the Hulk. After his hatred was justified, Ross spent years and billions of dollars trying to kill and or capture the Hulk. As we can see, nothing’s worked. The Hulk would always win or and end up looking like a hero. After trying for years, General Ross tried something new. He became what he hated the most. He became a Hulk to defeat a Hulk.

As the Red Hulk, Ross has killed She-Hulk, knocked out the Watcher, and beaten Thor. After being defeated by the Hulk, he was imprisoned and later given a second chance by Steve Roger. As time went on, Red Hulk became a hero and an Avenger after helping them defeat the Hood.

This is one of the many things that Marvel Comics fans have been waiting for. We want the Red Hulk. He’s a Hulk, but nothing like Bruce’s Hulk. First, the madder Red Hulk gets, the hotter he gets. He’s used this ability to purge viruses from his body. Second, Ross maintains his military mind. This means he doesn’t succumb to rage and has all the strength and knows how to use it tactically. And then there’s their personality.

Ross is a guy who thinks he knows better than everyone else does. This is especially highlighted during his time as leader of the Thunderbolts. And, he’s a jerk.
