27 best Marvel characters that have never appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe

Has Eric O’Grady been in a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie?
There are some heroes that are honorable from the beginning. Captain America and Ben Grimm are perfect examples of this. Then you have characters like Rogue and Deadpool who started out as villains and eventually became heroes. Then you have Eric O’Grady. Possibly the most deplorable person to ever be an Avenger. Bullseye may have been an Avenger, but at least he’s self-aware.
Eric O’Grady started off as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who stayed on monitor duty. Content with his position and never leaving it. For a while, that’s where the good in him stops. He pushed his only friend into the enemy fire and then stole the Ant-Man costume off him as soon as he could. The worst may have been when he tried to have sex with his dead friend’s girlfriend on his grave the night after the funeral. There are other things he’s done that should never be put into an MCU movie.
If he’s so awful, why does he deserve a chance at a movie? Specifically, because he’s so awful. Not every hero should be squeaky clean. Eventually, Eric does some good in the world. He even sacrifices his life to save a kid. When Paul Rudd is done as Ant-Man, Eric O’Grady could be a replacement. He’s not too far off in terms of a redemption story. Plus, he adds an interesting twist to the Ant-Man character and eventually becomes a villain named Black Ant.
