Moon Knight’s villain strikes

Comic Book: Moon Knight No. 2

Moon Knight has some random villains. In issue No. 1, he fought vampires, a pack of giant rats, and arm-wrestled Frankenstein’s Monster. If this is the debut issue, how does it get weirder? By Moon Knight fighting a guy who uses his sweat to control the elderly and making them fight people.

No, that was not a typo. Moon Knight had a mental fight with a janitor whose sweat could control people if ingested (yuck). Ironically, he defeated him by ingesting his sweat. The janitor quickly realized that Moon Knight’s mind is not a place he should be. As loony as that was, there was a purpose to it. Moon Knight’s newest enemy, Dr. Badr, was using the janitor moment to remind him that he’s failing as a protector.

Why is this important?

It didn’t take long for Dr. Badr to come after Moon Knight. This is only the first step and a small test. The next time he goes after Moon Knight, it’ll be more dangerous. Judging by the cover of issue No. 3, we could be seeing more about Dr. Badr and how he became one of Khonshu’s avatars. Also, let’s not forget that there’s another villain stalking Moon Knight as well. What happens when their worlds collide?
