The day that Teen Wolf fans have been waiting for has finally arrived. That’s right, the crew of Beacon Hills will reunite in a revival movie for Paramount Plus.

The legendary TV show ran for six seasons on MTV between 2011 and 2017, becoming one of most successful original programs ever produced by the cable channel. During that time, it garnered a huge and passionate fanbase, reaching a global audience (thanks in no small part to its international deal with Netflix in many countries). It was also one of the biggest pop-culture shows of this generation and spawned a series of comics as well.

Since its conclusion four years ago, fans have passionately campaigned for it to return and now that is exactly what is happening as the world created by Jeff Davis is indeed coming back. Much of the original cast will reunite for a revival that will see new threats emerge in Beacon Hills.

While there has been no official release date confirmed for the Teen Wolf reunion movie, the teaser trailer released from the official MTV Teen Wolf Twitter account teased fans with a 2022 release, confirming that we will get the movie next year.

The cast of the Teen Wolf reunion movie has not yet been fully revealed, but it has been confirmed that Tyler Posey will reprise his role as Scott McCall and that talks are underway for the original cast to join him.

Fans are undoubtedly hoping to see fan-favorite Dylan O’Brien return as Stiles Stilinski, along with Holland Roden, Tyler Hoechlin, Shelley Hennig and Colton Haynes hopefully reprising their roles as Lydia Martin, Derek Hale, Malia Tate and Jackson Whittemore.
