2. Where is Beth in Y: The Last Man?

Yorick’s main concern is getting to his girlfriend Beth. He hasn’t seen her since he proposed, she declined, and they got into an argument. She was supposed to be going to Australia. With everything that happened, it’s doubtful that she made it. That is, unless her form of travel had an all-women crew and passengers – meaning that she might have made it to her destination or one of the stops along the way.

Beth’s story was told in pieces in the comic book. The things happened to her that helped grow into the person she eventually becomes. While we don’t need to see that yet, it would be nice to know what happened to her in the TV series.

1. Does Hero join the Amazons?

Hero’s story was vastly changed from the comic book. At first, this writer didn’t like it but, as Y: The Last Man continued, it started to make more sense. Hero doesn’t just appear out of nowhere after someone she was into dies and joins the Amazons. We may get to see the progression into this happening.

With everything that’s happened to her with the guy cheating on his wife, Sam denying Hero’s advances, and other things in her past, this could lead to Hero joining the Amazons like she does in the comics. It’s not a coincidence that Hero encounters the Amazons this early in the series. It’s all part of the story, right? The end of episode 5 could be where Hero joins the Amazons.
