What If…? episode 10 release date: When does the show return for season 2?
Marvel’s What If…? finishes out its first season in memorable fashion but when will the show be back for season 2?
What If…? has turned the Marvel Cinematic Universe upside down. That’s not a figure of speech, the Disney Plus show literally turned the events of that MCU fans have become familiar with upside down, giving us all a host of different outcomes in universes very different from (and yet strikingly familiar to) our own.
Uatu The Watcher has been monitoring the events of the multiverse closely, vowing never to interfere and only getting involved when another incredibly powerful, such as Doctor Strange Supreme or Infinity Ultron, notices him.
In the end, however, The Watcher had to break his vow and reach out to the former for help whenever the latter threatened to destroy every universe within the multiverse. And with that, the epic season finale of Marvel’s What If…? was formed, as Doctor Strange Supreme teamed with Party Thor, Captain Carter, Star-Lord T’Challa, Post-Apocalyptic Black Widow and Gamora in order to stop Ultron from destroying everything in his path.
It was an epic season finale that brought a season that was surprisingly standalone together and let it bow out on a stunning note. And with that, we know must ask the question: What If… we have to wait for the tenth episode? And wait we do, but for how long?
When does What If…? episode 10 come out?
What If…? episode 10 will be part of the show’s second season. Originally, there were supposed to be 10 episodes, but it was shortened to nine. However, the show has been renewed for a second season and will return in the near-future.
As for when we can expected, Disney Plus’ slate is pretty stacked when it comes to Marvel properties, so it might be a bit of a wait. However, the scripts have already been written, so all that’s left to do now is make those episodes.
