Good Venom

King in Black

Within the year, Venom was killed by an ancient being called Knull (King in Black No. 1). Knull is the creator of the Klyntar and one of the most powerful beings in the universe. Knull came to Earth and engulfed all of Earth in a symbiote shell. It wasn’t until Eddie came back with the power of the Enigma Force that Knull was beaten. After defeating him, Eddie Brock became the new King of the Symbiotes.

Guardian of the Galaxy

Flash Thompson became Venom by accident. Nonetheless, it was a happy accident. Flash was one of the more creative users of the Symbiote. He found ways to fight with it that not even Eddie Brock thought of. This was probably because Flash was a soldier in the military. He was trained to fight while Eddie learned on the fly. Agent Venom went on to become an Avenger, Thunderbolt, and a Guardian of the Galaxy.

Secret Invasion

Mac Gargan is this writer’s favorite Venom. Not because he’s good. It’s actually the opposite. Mac was awful with the symbiote. He constantly did things that made no sense and never quite lived up to looking like a monster. That was until the Skrulls invaded Earth in Secret Invasion. Along with the Thunderbolts, Gargan helped defend Washington D.C. from the Skrull invasion. He ate a lot of Skrulls that day.
