Black Adam trailer release update: Will the trailer drop during DC FanDome?

Black Adam is coming to DC FanDome but just what kind of gifts will he be bringing to fans?

DC Comics fans all around the world are eagerly anticipating DC FanDome. The second annual event of its kind, it will see a multitude of reveals, announcements and trailers unveiled in celebration of all things DC.

The event will feature teases from many of the popular DC TV shows (both current and upcoming) while also unveiling new looks at upcoming movies The Batman, The Flash, Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom, Shazam! Fury of the Gods and  Black Adam.

Aside from the confirmed trailer for The Batman, there has yet to be any kind of confirmation as to what the rest of those titles will reveal, but we do know that Black Adam will get fans talking incredibly early on.

How will the upcoming DCEU flick manage to do that? Fans are hoping for a trailer and there were rumors that we might get one. But will it actually happen?

Will the Black Adam trailer drop at DC FanDome?

Last night, it was confirmed on social media that Black Adam would be kicking things off at DC FanDome. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will be present for the virtual event which will give us our first look at the movie (and likely give us our first look at him in the suit).

That being said, it’s unlikely that we will get our first full trailer. Production only wrapped in August and, even though nothing stopped an uncompleted The Batman from debuting its first trailer last year, it’s unlikely that a teaser trailer will be unveiled just yet when other movies have promised a trailer instead.

There is a chance we could get a teaser trailer given that the movie is released in less than a year, but don’t be surprised if the first look does the job of teasing fans, allowing Warner Bros. and DC Films to hold off for a little longer to debut the trailer.
