Spider-Man: No Way Home is the movie that Marvel fans can’t wait for. Unfortunately, they are going to have to wait a little while longer.

It doesn’t get any bigger than Spider-Man: No Way Home for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Positioned as the biggest event the shared universe has experienced since Avengers: Endgame, it will allow us to catch up with Peter Parker (Tom Holland) after that astonishing cliffhanger closed out his last movie on a shocking note. And, spoiler alert, Peter isn’t doing so well.

Still reeling from the fact that the world knows his true identity, he reaches out to Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) for help. What happens next is a chaotic affair that sees both of them plunged into the madness that the multiverse has to offer, bringing out threats they aren’t prepared for, such as the returning Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina) from Sam Raimi’s movies.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated movies in the world right now. But if you’re hoping to see it in the next month, you’ll be disappointed to know that you’re going to have to wait a little bit longer for it as it will not be coming to movie theaters.

At one point it was set to release in November, but that is no longer the case.

Spider-Man: No Way Home release date

Spider-Man: No Way Home is released on December 17, 2021. The Christmastime release makes a lot of sense given that a portion of the film is expected to be set during the holidays.

Like many movies on the horizon right now, No Way Home has had its release delayed and rescheduled on multiple occasions. It was initially supposed to be released during the summer before being pushed back to November. After that, it was then rescheduled for its current release date in December.

Spidey will return – we just have to wait until December!
