When is Supergirl season 6 coming to Netflix?

Supergirl season 6 is the show’s final season, but when can fans expect to find it on Netflix.

Kara Danvers has been taking to the skies for one final adventure throughout this year as Supergirl returned to The CW for its sixth and final season.

The-powers-that-be behind the superhero series made the decision to end it last year with the sixth season it had been recently renewed for to serve as its final bow. And that’s exactly what it has done.

The Super Friends’ final on-screen task comes with old enemies, new friends, trips into the past and the Phantom Zone as the Girl of Steel and her team went above and beyond to deliver a final season that the fans would not forget.

But if you’ve been waiting patiently for the show’s final season to release in its entirety on Netflix, when can you expect to dive into those final 20 episodes?

Supergirl season 6 Netflix release date

Supergirl season 6 completes its run on The CW on Tuesday, November 9, with its two-hour series finale bringing the show to a close. In previous years, the most recent season would arrive on Netflix around a week after its finale airs on The CW, meaning that Supergirl‘s final season could arrive as soon as mid-late November.

That’s not necessarily a guarantee as the recent seasons of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Riverdale and Legacies didn’t arrive as soon as they were initially expected to. In Supergirl‘s case, a delay might result given how close it is to the holiday season, but more likely than not, we should expect the sixth season to show up before the end of the year.

It will be the end of an era when Kara Zor-El hangs up her cape, but it will be good to know that we can enjoy every single episode in the one place on Netflix when season 6 premieres on the service.
