Eternals left viewers with questions about the super team’s future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and more.

Eternals had a lot of pressure on its shoulders. First of all, it received rather unexpectedly negative reviews from many critics and it’s also one of the rare Marvel Cinematic Universe movies to focus on lesser-known characters. Fortunately, it didn’t matter. Eternals came in No. 1 at the box office with $71 million over the weekend. With the positive buzz from viewers, it will undoubtedly continue to perform well as time goes on.

Eternals did what every Marvel Studios movie does. It left viewers with questions about the  future. That’s the good thing about using unknown characters. It allows the creative team to try new and interesting things.

For example, we can assume that the Eternals will have a run in with the Avengers at some point. However, will any of them be part of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes? How would Shuri react if she met Phastos? Would the survivors of Avengers: Endgame be upset that the Eternals didn’t get involved during any of the big battles? Those are only some of the many questions that people are wondering after seeing Eternals. Here are the top six.
