It looks like Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield might be appearing in Spider-Man: No Way Home after all!

Spider-Men, Spider-Men; do whatever three spiders can. That’s what fans have been hoping for from Spider-Man: No Way Home as they eagerly anticipate the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movie and investigate those rumors of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s returns to the Spider-Verse.

With the multiverse finally about to find its way to the MCU, No Way Home promises to revolutionize the 13-year-old shared universe with the one thing that Marvel fans have been waiting for for a very long time. And it could very well bring back some classic Spider-Men to make it happen.

Though the studio (and much of the talent) has remained tight-lipped about or outright denied those rumors, people remain convinced that the two Spideys will team up with Tom Holland’s webslinger to face off against the Sinister Six.

Now, a new piece of evidence suggests that’s exactly what’s going to happen as it comes in the form of some pretty convincing set photos.

All three Spider-Man suits revealed in No Way Home set photos

A photo from what appears to be the set of Spider-Man: No Way Home recently appeared online and it features three Spider-Man suits hanging side-by-side together. One bares a resemblance to the one worn by Tobey Maguire in Sam Raimi’s trilogy, the other is that of Andrew Garfield’s from Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man saga and the third is, of course, the one worn by Tom Holland in the MCU. It can be viewed here in a tweet.

This doesn’t outright confirm that the actors will return in the movie, but it does suggest that their versions of the Marvel wall-crawler will show up in their suits at some point throughout the movie. And that would make sense given that Raimi’s Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina) and Webb’s Electro (Jamie Foxx) are both confirmed to appear in the movie (while Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin is all but confirmed to appear as well).

It’s definitely best to wait for confirmation from Marvel Studios before assuming that all three Spideys will appear alongside each other, but that evidence does seem pretty compelling, especially as the second trailer could have alluded to their appearances.

Moreover, new photos from what appear to be the movie have apparently been leaked online suggesting that Maguire and Garfield will indeed be in the movie. While their authenticity has been questioned, it is more potential evidence that they could be appearing.
