Hawkeye: 8 Marvel Comics characters that could appear in season 1

2. Skrulls
With Secret Invasion is coming to Disney Plus, then we should be seeing the plan in action. The skrulls took years to plan their attack in the comics. It should be the same thing in the MCU.
We’ve seen them in Spider-Man: Far From Home and in a WandaVision post-credit scene. Neither gave anything away other than the fact that they’re on Earth. With Hawkeye being the last series of the year, a Skrull reveal would be a good idea. The problem with this is it may take away from Hawkeye. As we’ve seen in other movies, too many plots can ruin a project.
1. Madame Masque
During one of Kate Bishop’s first missions in Matt Fraction’s run of Hawkeye, she came across Madame Masque. This is where she developed her ongoing hatred for Kate. In her defense, it makes sense. We’d all hold a grudge if someone captured and impersonated us. Since then, Madame Masque has had it out for Kate.
The Hawkeye trailer features a moment where Clint is in a tuxedo avoiding gunfire. This is similar to a situation he was in with Kate in the comics. Perhaps this could be where Madame Masque makes her debut as Giuletta Nefaria. This could also be where she becomes a supervillain.
