In episode 4 of Hawkeye, viewers finally saw Yelena Belova. She came after Clint Barton with the kind of fury you’d expect. After all, she thinks that Clint killed her sister (Natasha Romonoff). Of course she’d try to kill him. Clint was lucky that Maya Lopez and Kate Bishop were both there. Otherwise, it’s doubtful he would have lived. At the very least, he would have been badly injured.

There are only two episodes left in season 1 of Disney Plus‘ Hawkeye. We’re getting to the point where things have to start coming together. First, we have to find out who killed Armand Duquesne III. Everything points to Jack Duquesne, but this writer thinks it was Eleanor Bishop. For one, Jack being the killer too obvious. he may be the Swordsman, but not the one who murdered his uncle. Second, Eleanor was way too secretive with phone the call she made in the beginning of the episode. That moment solidified it.

Who is Maya Lopez’ “Uncle” in charge of the Tracksuit Mafia? The obvious answer is Wilson Fisk. And, in this case, the obvious answer is the correct one. Especially with Charlie Cox possibly coming back to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Is Kazi fed up with Maya and her obsession with finding Ronin? How long until he mounts a mutiny amongst the Tracksuit Mafia? Has Kazi already told “uncle” that she’s lost control and shouldn’t be in charge? Don’t be shocked if Kazi turns on Maya in this episode rather than the season finale.

What about Kate Bishop and Clint Barton? Episode 4 ended with Clint telling Kate they weren’t partners anymore. How long until he apologizes? It’s an eventuality. Will Kate be the one to solve the case of Armand III’s murder and bring it to Clint? Who’s in danger of being caught if the Rolex is in the wrong hands? Why does Maya have a list of Clint’s family members? All of these questions should be answered in the next episode of Hawkeye.
