Hawkeye episode 7 release date: When does the show return for season 2?

Marvel’s Hawkeye has been entertaining viewers, but can fans expect a second season to arrive on Disney Plus in the future?

After much anticipation, the final Marvel Studios-produced series to air in 2021 made its presence felt on the Disney Plus streaming service. Yes, Hawkeye has arrived.

Featuring Jeremy Renner reprising his role as Clint Barton from the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, the six-part series sees the archer Avenger forced back into action just before the holiday season begins as he must track down another mysterious archer using his retired Ronin persona.

When he discovers that the person in question is actually Kate Bishop, the pair team up to take down a threat, kicking off the burgeoning crime-fighting career of the future Young Avenger.

Hawkeye arrived on Disney Plus a month ago with the first two episodes of the season. It was undoubtedly a welcome Thanksgiving gift for fans of the show. That was then succeeded with the third, fourth fifth and sixth episodes in subsequent weeks. With the finale upon us, can we expect a second season?

When does Hawkeye season 1, episode 7 come out?

There has yet to be any confirmation as to whether there will be a second season of Hawkeye or not. The good news is that the first season’s finale was billed in all of the promotional material as just that – a season finale. That definitely suggests there is scope for a season 2 of the show.

With Hawkeye now officially on the MCU board, you can bet Marvel fans have been enjoying it a great deal, rounding out what has been an incredible year for Marvel Studios on the Disney Plus platform. The question is: Will Hawkeye follow in the footsteps of Loki and What If…? and receive a second season?

We’ll have to wait and see!
