25. Moon Knight

Comic book project: Moon Knight (Disney Plus)

Moon Knight is among the most highly anticipated Disney Plus shows. While the character is enough to get fans anticipated for his arrival, there’s something else that’s getting people talking. Fans want to know if he’ll be as violent as he is in the comics.

Moon Knight isn’t like the other Marvel Cinematic Universe characters we’ve seen on Disney Plus. He’s extremely violent and crazy. Will Moon Knight be the brutal fighter we’ve seen in Marvel Comics or will he be a watered down shell of himself? This is something that could make or break his time in the MCU. Thankfully, Moon Knight‘s first trailer was amazing. That should be enough to remove some doubt about how the show will look.

24. Hawkman

Comic book project: Black Adam (theaters)

Aldis Hodge is an underrated and under-appreciated actor. People may recognize him as Alec Hardison in Leverage or MC Ren in Straight Outta Compton, but his role in One Night in Miami should have put everyone on notice. His portrayal of Jim Brown was incredible and showed the kind of range he has.

Now, he sets his sights on DC’s Hawkman in Black Adam and the casting is perfect. Hawkman is a very serious – not to mention major – character in the comic books and Hodge will have no problem bringing the character and all of his traits to life. Look for him to potentially appear in costume in the next trailer or teaser we see from Black Adam.
