The Walking Dead best duos: Hope and Iris

The third spinoff in the franchise, The Walking Dead: World Beyond, is very much a coming-of-age show in which a group of kids embarks on a perilous adventure out into the zombie-infested lands for the first time. They face countless threats: from the undead, violent gangs, and even within their own group.

Indeed, this adventure would never have happened if it weren’t for the determination of and Hope (Alexa Mansour) and her adoptive sister Iris (Aliyah Royale) to find their father. So far, it has been a joy to watch these sisters work together, along with their group, to achieve a common goal.

Sure, neither of them possesses fantastic walker-killing skills, at least not up to the high standard we’re accustomed to in The Walking Dead. Although they’re proving to be quick learners. And if things ever go wrong, they are quick to help each other out.

The duo received Gracie Awards for their stellar performances in the spinoff series.
