Moon Knight

Release date: March 30, 2022

Starring: Oscar Isaac, Ethan Hawke, May Calamawy

Undoubtedly the most mysterious of Marvel’s upcoming projects, even Moon Knight‘s cast is unknown for the most part. With just three confirmed actors and only Isaac’s titular hero and Hawke’s villainous Arthur Harrow confirmed, the upcoming six-part drama promises to be Marvel Studios’ most unique offering.

Focusing on Marc Spector, who, in the comics, is killed and revived by Egyptian Moon God Khonsu – who offers him the chance to redeem his actions as a mercenary by becoming the crimefighter known as Moon Knight – it is rumored to be the MCU’s darkest installment yet. We’ll see if that is indeed the case when it premieres this March.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

Release date: May 6, 2022

Directed by: Sam Raimi

Starring: Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Xochitl Gomez

Originally supposed to arrive in March, the long-awaited sequel to Doctor Strange will see Benedict Cumberbatch’s Sorcerer Supreme still picking up the pieces from his multiverse-bending shenanigans in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

But that’s not all fans will see, as he will go up against the terrifying Shuma-Gorath, team with Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch (fresh off her acclaimed series WandaVision) and face off against the potentially evil Doctor Strange Supreme.
