When does Marvel’s She-Hulk air?
She-Hulk is one of the most anticipated new TV shows of the year and fans want to know when it will premiere on Disney Plus.
Marvel Studios is continuing to branch out into the world of streaming, with three new confirmed Disney Plus shows on the way this year. And after how successful 2021 was for them, who could blame them?
Following in the footsteps of Marvel Cinematic Universe offerings WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, What If…? and Hawkeye will be Moon Knight, She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel (among other non-series projects too).
With Tatiana Maslany in the lead role, Mark Ruffalo set to reprise his MCU role as Bruce Banner / Hulk, Jameela Jamil set to play villain Titania and Tim Roth bringing The Incredible Hulk‘s Abomination back, Jennifer Walters’ debut outing sounds amazing already.
But fans are eager to know when it will premiere on the service.
Does Marvel’s She-Hulk have a release date?
She-Hulk will premiere in 2022. Marvel Studios have yet to confirm the specifics of when it will arrive, but we can make something of a prediction as to when we should expect it, and it might be a bit of a wait.
From what we know about Disney Plus so far, the streamer prefers to release Marvel and Star Wars series separately so that each one can get the “main event” treatment throughout their respective runs. It also allows the streamer to benefit from a more prolonged period of success as the Star Wars seasons usually lead right up to the Marvel ones (and vice versa).
With that in mind, we know the first MCU series this year will be Moon Knight, with a debut date of March 30. After that completes its run, Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi will take over from May 25 and will run for six weeks, taking us up to July. With Ms. Marvel planned for summer and The Mandalorian season 3 rumored to premiere around Christmastime, that makes a fall 2022 release for She-Hulk all the more likely.
That said, it’s best to wait for official confirmation from Marvel before we assume that we’ll be getting a winter release.
