The Boys season 3 is not coming to Amazon in March 2022

They say good things come to those who wait, so The Boys season 3 should be one helluva ride!

Ever since The Boys season 2 finale dropped on Oct. 9, 2020, fans have been counting down the days until Amazon’s Emmy-nominated series returns for its next batch of episodes. The good news is that a new season is coming in 2022. The bad news is that the new season won’t be coming in March 2022.

While there are some great titles set to release on Amazon across the month of March, The Boys will not be among them as the new season of the series will not be making its way to the streaming service in March.

When does The Boys season 3 premiere?

Although The Boys will not be coming to Amazon in March, the good news is that season 3 does have a release date and we’re getting closer to the show’s return with each passing day.

While we’d love to report that the new season is coming in March, Amazon is looking to bring the action this summer with the new season kicking off on June 3, 2022!

As it did with season 2, Amazon will be releasing new episodes weekly across the months of June and July which is honestly such a perfect time to drop the new season. Summer has long been a time associated with superhero content and we can’t think of a better way to pass our Fridays in the summer than with new episodes of The Boys. 

A June release also gives fans more than enough time to re-watch seasons 1 and 2 on Amazon Prime as they wait for the new season to arrive!
