The CW’s Naomi has spent the last five episodes being about her and where she’s from. As it should be. It’s her show. And while she did have an adventure in this episode, the important part of this came from Zumbado and Dee.

Dee goes to Zumbado’s shop and acts playful. He acts as if he wants to buy a motorcycle from the shop, but Zumbado wasn’t in the mood for games (as if Mr. Serious Zumbado ever is). Zumbado is upset that Dee confronted Naomi, saying that they had a deal.

Dee explains that there was nothing that could be done about that. He’s right. At some point, she was going to learn about her past and where she’s from. Zumbado, still not accepting it, changes his tune when Dee tells him the bounty hunter is still out there and looking for Naomi.

On top of that, there’s Gregory and Jennifer McDuffie (Naomi’s parents). Greg’s bosses found a rock that links to their daughter landing on this Earth. Greg thought he got everything, but he was wrong. What made it worse was Greg’s boss brought in Naomi’s mom Jennifer to decipher what the rock says. This leads to Greg and Jennifer debating whether or not they should run again. Unfortunately, if they do, he can’t protect their daughter.
