Becoming smarter

For this writer, this is the best part of living in Gotham City. Being in this city means you have to have your head on a swivel. If there isn’t a random riddle on a big screen downtown, there’s a random double gimmick you have to pass to buy donuts. It may be annoying, but it’ll make you a smarter and more aware person.

You become more aware of the situations you’re put in. The more they happen, the more normal they become. Will it be scary? It absolutely will. You never get used to the constant threat of fear gas and giant zombies. Nevertheless, it’s something you’ll be more prepared for. And, when you leave, you’ll be ready to live anywhere else.

Car insurance

What is the cost of car insurance in Gotham? There’s no way it’s not through the roof. There is an actual threat of someone putting a bomb in your car. The funny thing is they may not even be after you. It could be used as a symbol you only see from the sky. Batman could use your vehicle as a weapon or run it over with one of his cars/tanks. And, an act of god may actually be from an actual god!
