The Arrowverse has produced some incredible female heroes over the years, but which of these incredible ladies deserve their own spin-off series?

The Arrowverse has been a staple of the live-action comic book landscape for almost a decade now. The CW’s shared universe of superheroes got its start when Arrow debuted back in 2012, with Oliver Queen’s adventures soon paving the way for a multitude of DC heroes to take up residence on the small screen.

With Arrow came offshoots The FlashSupergirlDC’s Legends of TomorrowBlack LightningBatwomanSuperman and Lois and Arrowverse-adjacent shows like DC’s Stargirl and Naomi. The impact of this universe is clear, and one of the biggest areas of growth the live-action superhero world has seen following its expansion is the amount of female superheroes on TV and, by extension, the amount of female-led superhero properties.

Will the Arrowverse produce anymore female-led spin-offs?

The Arrowverse will continue to grow in the years ahead. We have a new spin-off series in the works and another DC-based standalone adventure on the horizon too, so there is life in this property yet. And with that, we hope to see more female-led adventures.

On that note, in honor of Women’s History Month, let’s take a look back at some of the Arrowverse’s most beloved women superheroes (and even some anti-heroes) and discuss if they could lead their own spin-off show.
