Morbius runtime: How long is the Jared Leto Marvel movie?
Morbius has hit movie theaters and, if you’re planning to see if it, you might want to know just how long it is.
Morbius has definitely had an interesting history on the big screen. The Sony Marvel movie is finally hitting theaters on the first weekend of April after having its release date shifted around a shocking seven times.
The film stars Jared Leto in the title role as Dr. Michael Morbius, a scientist suffering from a rare blood disease who attempts to cure himself and ultimately evolves into a living vampire. The film is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name and is Sony’s third offering in its Sony Universe of Marvel Characters.
There has been a lot of intrigue about the film, much of which revolves around the ever-changing release date and the concern that Sony might not be expecting good things from it, but people are talking about the movie as they are interested to know if it was worth the wait.
If you’re planning on seeing Morbius the Living Vampire take center stage in his self-titled live-action debut, you might want to know how long the film is before making your way to the movie theater.
How long is Morbius?
Morbius has a runtime of 1 hour and 44 minutes. It’s shorter than the average runtime for modern day superhero movies but that is on brand for Sony’s Marvel movies, with Venom running a few minutes longer than that and its sequel Venom: Let There Be Carnage actually going a few minutes shorter.
With that in mind, if you’re looking for 90-minutes of entertainment this weekend, this one might just be the film for you.
