The newest Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer released on April 6, has confirmed two major MCU returns in the trailer’s must-see new footage!

From the moment it was revealed that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness would be a follow-up of sorts to WandaVision, there have been a lot of questions among fans regarding just what they could expect from what has become the most anticipated movie of 2022.

While Elizabeth Olsen’s involvement in the film has been heavily promoted, there have been a lot of questions regarding which other characters from WandaVision could also appear in the film — be it in a small or sizable role.

Aside from promoting Wanda’s role in the film, Marvel has been tight-lipped regarding the fate of WandaVision‘s other key players. Perhaps that’s why the latest trailer for the film has stunned fans by confirming the involvement of not one, but two WandaVision characters!

Are Billy and Tommy in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness?

On April 6, Marvel confirmed that both Billy and Tommy will return in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness with WandaVision stars Julian Hilliard and Jett Klyne set to reprise their roles, respectively.

In the new Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer released on April 6, Marvel debuted a brand new spot for the highly anticipated film which provided fans with their first looks at Billy and Tommy’s MCU returns.

During the chilling new spot, Billy and Tommy both appear in a dream sequence alongside their mother Wanda — whose voice plays over the brief clip which she calls a recurring nightmare. It’s an understandable assessment in that the dream sequence seems to be a constant reminder of the family Wanda has lost and is likely what will be fueling her actions within the film.
