Marvel fans are eager for the Thor: Love and Thunder trailer, but when can we expect it?
There are plenty of exciting titles coming from the Marvel Cinematic Universe this year. The Marvel Studios shared universe will continue its reign of dominance over the box office while also releasing some small screen installments on Disney Plus.
One of the most anticipated titles of the year is undoubtedly Thor: Love and Thunder, which will see Chris Hemsworth reprise the titular role as the God of Thunder for his fourth solo film (and ninth MCU movie overall). It will also see the returns of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster and Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, as well as the Guardians of the Galaxy cast members, who will reprise their MCU roles.
With Jane’s evolution into Mighty Thor and Christian Bale’s arrival as Gorr the God Butcher, Love and Thunder could end up being the biggest movie of the Thor franchise.
It’s hardly a surprise, then, that fans are eager for the trailer. With less than three months until the film’s release, when can we expect it?
When will the Thor: Love and Thunder trailer come out?
The release of Thor: Love and Thunder is not that far off. Yes, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will come out first, but that doesn’t mean that Marvel Studios can’t start the promo train for the God of Thunder’s return to the silver screen. It’s already begun, in fact, as the film’s press tour is already underway.
As for when the trailer will come out, the running theory is that it will be a post-credits special for Doctor Strange 2 (similar to how that movie’s teaser trailer debuted at the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home). It could still debut sooner, however, and a recent tease has fans hoping that could be the case.
Gaurav Chopra, who is the Hindi dub actor for Chris Hemsworth’s Avenger, recently posted on his Instagram story, revealing that he’s finished recording his lines for the Indian dub of the Love and Thunder trailer. Thus, it could be on its way sooner rather than later.
