Here are seven Moon Knight comic book stories that you don’t want to miss.

Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight on Disney Plus has been everything that a comic book fan would want. We’ve already seen two of his three personalities (Marc Spector and Steven Grant), Khonshu is better than anyone could have hoped, and, as this article is being written, the season hasn’t even reached the climax yet.

Some viewers may not know much about the hero other than what they’ve seen on the show. Thankfully, there’s a ton of source material. If you want to know more, check out these seven comic books.

1. Moon Knight: The Bottom

Writer: Charlie Huston

Artist: David Finch

If you read one Moon Knight comic book, make it this series. We see Marc Spector at his worst. No longer a hero, all of his friends left him for being a jerk and he was popping pills for his pain like it was going out of style. All of this wasn’t an accident.

A company was setting him up. They hired his nemesis Raul Bushman to hurt him and then set Marc and his friends up to die. They even paid Taskmaster to kill and torture him. It didn’t work. All they succeeded in doing was bringing Moon Knight back and making him a hero again.
