8. Mephisto
If there was a time for the Lord of Hell to appear, it’s in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Mephisto is always looking for a way to get into shenanigans, have people sign over their souls, and take over the world. Not necessarily in that order.
Mephisto is one of Doctor Strange’s many villains. He’s one of the strongest. Seeing the fabric of the multiverse worn thin, he may look at this as an opportunity to break through. If that happens, look for him to be Strange’s next big bad. Don’t be surprised if you hear his voice and get a definite sign that they (Mephisto) exist in the MCU.
7. Maestro
The Hulk has his faults, but at least he’s good at heart. Maestro isn’t. He’s the evilest version of the Hulk you’ll ever meet. He’s taken over his world and ruled it like a true tyrant. At least villains like Doctor Doom wanted to make the world better. Maestro is all about reigning with power and no one knows about power like a Hulk.
If Maestro makes an appearance, he may be part of the Illuminati. We don’t know which people will be part of their group. If anyone represents that secret group, it’s him. He’s someone who can be realistic about tough decisions. Plus, fans would get to see Mark Ruffalo as a different Hulk.
