Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: Marvel Characters that may appear
By Mark Lynch
6. Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine
Hugh Jackman played Wolverine for over a decade and a half in nine different movies. His last project (Logan) was in 2017. It was the perfect ending to Jackman’s run in the Marvel 20th Century Fox universe. But what if that wasn’t the last time we saw him?
Everyone would jump for joy if Hugh Jackman showed up in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Especially if this was a well-kept surprise. Fans know that Jackman has no problem making quick appearances in films. He did that in two of the last four X-Men movies. No reason to think he won’t do it again.
5. Uatu the Watcher
The Watchers made their first MCU debut in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Uatu’s first big role came in the Marvel Studios animated series What if…? on Disney Plus. A series where viewers saw Uatu in his role as a Watcher and the power he holds.
In Marvel Comics, each universe has its own Watcher. It appears the MCU only has one. If this is the case, there’s no way that he won’t intervene in some way. He broke his vow to not interact when Ultron started tearing reality apart. If he doesn’t interact in this film, we’ll at least see him or hear his voice.
