How many end credit scenes are there in Doctor Strange 2?

Doctor Strange 2 has officially arrived in theaters, but should you be waiting around after the credits of the Marvel movie if you’re sitting in a theater? Does the film have a post-credits scene?

The time has finally arrived to enter the Multiverse of Madness! After months of anticipation, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is finally hitting theaters across the globe.

In fact, if I had to guess, you’re likely reading this very post from your local theater wondering whether you should prepare to stick around after the movie comes to a close or if it’s safe to head out after the closing scene of the movie.

It’s a legitimate question to ask and a frequent one for Marvel fans who have become accustomed to sticking around through the credits in hopes of being treated to a bonus scene or two used to tee up a future Marvel project… or sometimes just provide a bit of a laugh.

So what exactly has Marvel planned out for Doctor Strange 2?

There are a total of two post-credits scenes included in Doctor Strange 2, so you’ll want to be sure to stick around for a post-credits scene as well as for an end-credit scene as there is one of each within Multiverse of Madness. 

Without getting into spoilers — after all, the post and end-credits scenes are always fun surprises and we want to maintain that element of surprise — we will note that the post-credits scene seems to be used to tease a future Marvel project, while the end-credit scene appears to be more of a humorous scene connected to a moment from the film.
