Doctor Strange 2 cast leak spoils Mr. Fantastic, Black Bolt and more cameos

In new footage making its way around the internet, Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff faces off with four very iconic characters from the pages of Marvel Comics — played by some familiar faces and one who fans have been hoping to see in the MCU for years.

While the footage is grainy, it appears to clearly showcase Wanda coming face to face with several members of the Illuminati including John Krasinski as Mr. Fantastic, Anson Mount as Black Bolt, Hayley Atwell as Captain Carver and Lashana Lynch as Captain Marvel.

The footage was not verified, but it indeed proved to be legit.

While there had been hints Atwell would make her live-action debut as Captain Carter and that we could see Lynch as a Captain Marvel variant, the inclusion of Krasinski as Mr. Fantastic and Mount as Black Bolt proves Marvel has some massive tricks up its sleeves and is pulling out the big guns for what promises to be one of 2022’s biggest films.

Considering how long fans have been hoping to see Krasinski join the MCU as part of the Fantastic Four, his involvement in Multiverse of Madness is one that fans won’t soon forget. It’s also going to be interesting to see what it could mean for his future in the MCU and whether it will be a one-off appearance or part of something larger.

It’s also going to be interesting to see Mount returning as a variant of Black Bolt, a character he first originated in ABC’s short-lived Marvel series The Immortals.

However the chips fall, one thing that’s certain is fans are in for quite a wild ride when they head out to see Multiverse of Madness.
