When is Doctor Strange 2 coming to Disney Plus?

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness promises to crack the Multiverse wide open in a film that is sure to change the face of the MCU and open the door for the next iteration of Marvel movies and shows. It’s also expected to be one of the biggest movies of the year, with early ticket sales already said to have raked in $42 million!

Beginning on May 6, fans will be able to head out to theaters to enjoy the film; however, fans hoping to catch the movie on Disney Plus are in for a slightly longer wait.

When will Doctor Strange 2 be on Disney+?

As confirmed by Disney Plus, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will release on Disney Plus beginning Wednesday, June 22, 2022.

This date is much earlier than many initially anticipated as most believed the film would not arrive until sometime in July. However, Disney seems to be bringing fans access to the film less than two months after it opened in theaters globally.
