24. Jeffrey Donovan

Jeffrey Donovan is known for playing spy Michael Westen from Burn Notice. It went on for seven seasons and over a hundred episodes. Throughout the show, Donovan played multiple kinds of characters. A common thing for a spy. Sometimes those characters had to be sleazy jerks. He seemed to excel at that. With that in mind, he could be a great live-action version of the mob boss named Johnny Royalle from Brian Michael Bendis’ Powers.

Johnny Royalle is the worst. He finds pleasure in being an untouchable powered criminal. He laughs in the face of police while he’s being interrogated because he’s too smart to get caught. Jeffrey Donovan can fill that role with ease. He was also great at Machine Head in Invincible, who is a character that is similar to Johnny Royalle.

23. Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga’s musical prowess is well documented. Her voice is among the most recognizable and beautiful. Her career as an actor has been almost as good. She’s been in multiple seasons in American Horror Story and sometimes stole the show. Gaga has received high marks as Ally in A Star is Born and recently starred as Patrizia Reggiani in House of Gucci.

This writer would have loved to see Lady Gaga as Emma Frost. She could pull off Emma’s love for the finer things in life. It would be easy to see her walking around the Hellfire Club as the White Queen or in diamond skin with the X-Men. If not Emma Frost, then maybe she could play Saturnyne – a character with a very similar look.
