6. The Boys season 3 best moments: Butcher sees Homelander
After Queen Maeve visits Butcher and gives him three vials of Compound V (that’ll give him powers for 24 hours), he’s visited by Homelander. It’s a random moment that seems out of character for The Seven’s leader. After the two talk for a while, we find out that Homelander wasn’t actually there.
Butcher has become more obsessed with stopping supes after his wife died. Seeing his enemy and taking Compound V is one thing. Saying he’s willing to destroy everyone to get to him is another. This is all leading closer to how the The Boys comic book series ends.
5. The Boys season 3 best moments: Victoria Neuman and Stan Edgar
Victoria Neuman isn’t only the supe who was making heads explode in season 2. She’s also from an adoption home called Red River. A place that only takes in kids with superpowers. Back then, her name was Naudia. After she was adopted, her adopted father changed her name. That father was Stan Edgar.
In the first episode of season 3, Victoria Neuman meets her former best friend from Red River. When he tries to get her to tell the world about Red River, she kills him. She immediately calls her father to get the scene cleaned up. Too bad for her, Hughie saw it all and reported back to Butcher. Unfortunately for Hughie, he’s been working with the enemy for over a year.
