There were a lot of great characters on Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight on Disney+, but who were the best?

Moon Knight has been around since 1975. For decades, he wasn’t a character that people cared about. Even comic book fans. They looked at him as a Marvel Comics version of Batman. It’s a mistake a lot of people make. The only similarities are they were both rich superheroes who operate at night. When Charlie Huston took over in 2006 (Moon Knight: The Bottom), the differences became even clearer. That was when the Lunar Legionnaire began his journey into becoming a better character.

Marc Spector’s alter egos became actual personalities and whether or not Khonshu was real seemed unclear. This made him a more interesting and mysterious character. His approach to defeating criminals was harsher. That made Marc more unpredictable. It also turned him into a pariah in the superhero community. As time went on, writers like Brian Michael Bendis, Warren Ellis, and Jed Mackay have helped the character evolve even more. Without them, Moon Knight wouldn’t have become a show on Disney+.

The creative staff on the Disney+ series took a lot of the comic book lore and turned the show into a success. Some of the characters were changed, but that’s common. Some things in comics don’t translate well onto a show or movie. Thankfully, all the alteration to the characters made sense.

Speaking of characters, who were the best on Moon Knight? What made them stand out more than others? Here are the eight best from Moon Knight and what made them better than the rest.
