What were the biggest takeaways from episode 4 of The Boys on Amazon Prime? These seven moments right here.

The first three episodes of Amazon Prime’s The Boys were full of blood, naked people, and continued the phenomenal story. Butcher is taking a Compound V shot that gives him powers for 24 hours, Homelander has become scarier (yes, that’s possible), and viewers learned more about Soldier Boy and Black Noir. That was only the first three episodes. The fourth had so much more to take in within an hour.

Kimiko killing a bunch of Russian foot-soldiers with The Seven Based sex toys was intense, but even that doesn’t scratch the surface of major moments. For example, there’s The Deep taking orders from his partner. That’s a plot that must be watched closely. Coming up, we have the seven biggest takeaways from episode 4 from The Boys.

7. Queen Maeve is training

Queen Maeve wasn’t around in episodes 2 and 3 of season 3. We find out why here. Maeve has been training to fight Homelander. She has no delusion about her powers and abilities. Maeve is aware that she can’t defeat Homelander on her own. She’s hoping the combination of Butcher’s Russian weapon and a team of supes are enough. Unfortunately, A-Train threw a wrench in that plan.
