4. Victoria Neuman betrays her father

Stan Edgar went to his adopted daughter Victoria Neuman to help him deal with Homelander. The idea was for her to go on TV and punish Homelander for saying that Vought International was corrupt. Instead, she goes on air and says that her father Stan Edgar is the corruption that Homelander talked about.

Later, Homelander visits Victoria. We find out that he knew all about her having powers. He then thanked her for siding with her people. Her people are those with superpowers. Before he left, Homelander gave Victoria a vial of Compound V. Victoria later gives it to her daughter so she’ll have powers. Now we’ll have to wait and see what her abilities will be. It wouldn’t be shocking if the results aren’t what Victoria wanted.

3. “You’re simply bad product”

After Homelander got Stan Edgar out of Vought International, he went to brag about what he’d done. Stan Edgar stood at the window calm and unimpressed by anything Homelander had done. In fact, he called Homelander a “bad product.” Homelander didn’t get the approval that he obviously wanted and needed. This is going to make him more desperate and dangerous.

This scene was taken right out of The Boys comic book (issue No. 64). Homelander went to talk to James Stillwell after he’d “successfully” got all of the super-beings on his side and taken over the country. All that was left was for him to kill James Stillwell.

Homelander approached Sitwell prepared to kill him. Sitwell wasn’t impressed, scared, or worried about his death. He said he welcomed it. Only Giancarlo Esposito could pull off the performance from the comic book series as perfectly as this.
